The visit was divided into two phases. In the first phase Duarte was introduced to the ConstruGomes team, including the engineer responsible for the German market, the project manager and the project foreman. During this phase, topics such as the project planning, daily team management, client relations, and the collaboration with our partner BERD, the company supplying the movable scaffolding system used in the execution, were discussed.
In the second phase, Duarte visited the construction site, where he could meet the ConstruGomes’ teams in action and explore the bridge construction system. On the day of the visit, the teams were carrying out concrete pouring works.
