Brief description of the project
Faced with the need to keep up with the changes arising from globalization, organizations need to prepare their HR for such changes and adapt it to the company's goal, so that they maintain and/or become holders of qualified productivity with a competitive edge.
Results to be achieved
100% - Degree of compliance with the activities provided for in the training plan, measured through the relationship between the number of training hours programmed and the number of training hours carried out under the project.
100% - Percentage of workers who, by survey method, consider themselves more apt for innovation and management, in relation to the total number of workers covered.
