Goals, activities and expected/achieved results | This project is an integral part of the international expansion and diversification strategy defined by ConstruGomes, with the following objectives being projected:
- To grow the business in a sustainable way;
- Focusing the activity on the study of singular works, being an international reference in the execution of bridges using form travellers;
- Invest in R&D of innovative and high added value constructive solutions;
- Create a unit exclusively dedicated to the manufacture and sale of state-of-the-art equipment for civil construction;
- Strengthen links with large construction companies and establish new strategic partnerships in markets with high growth potential;
- Reinforce the qualitative component through the implementation and certification of the Environmental Management System (ISSO 14001) and the Human Resources Management System (NP 4427);
- Reinforce the corporate image through ICT;
- Improve management, innovation, control and marketing processes;
- To be a general contractor in the construction of medium-sized bridges.
