Description
The new train line will be 12.2 km long with 7.9 km of the line elevated above ground level. Two new stations will also be added, Guarulhos Cecap and Aeroporto Guarulhos, which will connect to Engenheiro Goulart station. The existing Linha 12 - Safira will also be fully reconstructed.
The Linha-13 Jade will allow the connection between the biggest Southern America Airport, International Airport of São Paulo - Guarulhos, to the metro lines and train line sof the Grande São Paulo (Metropolitan Area). With this new option of transportation, more efficient, fast and affordable, it is estimated that approximately 120 thousand people every day will benefit from this new line.
