Kanaaldok B2

This project’s main goal is the enlargement of the existing canal on the biggest city on the Flandres region, that will allow it to receive high-capacity cargo ships in the near future.

The works that ConstruGomes was awarded entail the replacement of the wall of the existing piers on the B2 canal dock on Shelde river’s harbour.

It was also part of ConstruGomes’ scope the construction of new walls throughout an extension of around 800meters long. The redesign of the Harbour it’s a project where it will be applied over 15 thousand cubic meters of concrete and almost 7 thousand square meters of formwork.
