Description

The Swiss cement manufacturer Holcim is developing a new industrial unit in Mons, Belgium, as part of the GO4ZERO project, scheduled to start operations in 2029, focused on sustainable production and the decarbonization of the cement industry.

The project will enable a reduction of CO₂ emissions by approximately 30% per ton of clinker, potentially exceeding 99.5% with the capture and storage of around 1.1 million tons per year.

In this context, ConstruGomes is responsible for executing reinforced concrete structures (foundations, lintels, beams, piers, and slabs), including formwork, work platforms, integration of embedded elements, and concrete pouring, directly contributing to the realization of an innovative industrial project of significant international relevance.
